BUSINESS NEEDS

With 145 stores Australia Wide, each month our retail client runs a new promotion in all stores, Australia wide. A range of marketing collateral is produced each month to highlight offers in key promotional areas within the stores.

The client provided all artwork and Brand Services produced signage, pack and distribute to 145 stores nationwide based on the allocation list provided by client.

BRAND SERVICES SOLUTION AND SERVICES

The objective is to deliver Monthly Campaign Signage to all stores based on the allocation list provided, by the agreed time frames, and deliver to stores ready for store implementation date.

The marketing team provide an allocation spreadsheet each month and Brand Services provide quotes based on the qty required.

A digital supplier and large format supplier are used. The same two suppliers are used each month to ensure colour consistency and pricing strategy is maintained for each campaign. Brand Services and the supplier have a price matrix in place for the client due to the volume produced and consistency in which the orders are placed.
